Research shows that parents that exercise will have better birth and recovery outcomes compared to someone who does not exercise.  Improve fitness, strength, mood, quality of sleep, and ease of delivery/recovery.  All levels welcome.

We follow all guidelines for exercise as set by the American Council of Gynecology and Obstetrics (ACOG).

Pre & Post-Natal Fit with Baby

Have fun getting in shape before and delivery with your little bundle of joy! Improve your delivery and recovery ease with therapeutic fitness training and strengthening. Bring your babes-in-arms to make your work-out more fun and increase your parental bond. Get fit with others in a supportive environment. This 55-minute baby wearing class will focus on pelvic floor and deep core strengthening with a Pilates and rehab perspective, as well as exercise your arms, hips, legs and back to get you feeling strong and centered.  You always have an option to take care of your family needs.  Eliminate “Mummy tummy.” Avoid neck, back, and shoulder pain.   Partners and moms without children always welcome.
